My father and I have dealt with this company for well over fifty years and have never felt the need to complain about anything. Any query has been met with great courtesy and professionalism. If a problem has arisen, it has been resolved speedily and efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody without question.

*BEWARE*
The worst experience ever which disrespects families going through bereavements and the dead. Blame and disrespect The Church and Vicars. Lie continuous weeks to months that they even started. THE MOST disorganised joke of a stonemasons business you couldnt imagine how bad. I spent hours and calls chasing them to be fobbed off with one excuse or blame after another to lead to cancellation after 2months and start ALL OVER AGAIN at another firm with no care or apology quite the opposite nasty response.I then discover just how many other people know of this firms reputation just a same I didnt before I chose these.Disgusting.WHAT A DIFFERENCE WHEN WE WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE THANKYOU TO ANOTHER FIRM SO MUCH.

A very disappointing service if I can call it that. Stressful and frustrating. Forced to go elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL Unbelievable! Shocking.
