I think this company are nice people but sadly overall I’ve had a disappointing experience with them. The first time I was meant to have my boiler looked at , the man went to the wrong place, and wasn’t able to Call me as they took my number wrong so we had to reschedule. After rescheduling, someone came and the boiler got half repaired but it was left needing a part which meant, while it had been repaired and working again, it started leaking and wouldn’t stop till a new part was fitted in. I was assured the office would call me to arrange this and I wasn’t called at all by them. Instead for over a week I’ve had to have a basin under my boiler while it leaked. I called to check the status of it, and after me chasing it, it was finally addressed and someone came out, and while now all is looking fine with the boiler, the panel of wood that hides the pipes below it was ripped out and left on the counter and not refitted back on, and was damaged as result of the leak and some of the nails missing so that’s going to be an expense to refit something to hide the pipes below. As I said, they seem a pleasant bunch, but I’ve found the responsiveness to be poor and I was left with a leak for so long and if I hadn’t have put the effort in to get it addressed that the new part hadn’t yet been fitted, I think I’d have been forgotten about.

Excellent. Rang for a combi service, all booked straight away. Engineer arrived on time, pleasant, courteous and left all tidy. Thanks. Will not hesitate to use again.
Every aspect of this company is first class and some of the best customer service I have ever received. Mark visited to talk through what our options were replacing the boiler with absolutely no pressure. The ladies in the office got everything booked in and followed up with confirmation and the engineers on the day were a pleasure and I have never known people clean up after themselves so well. We wouldn’t have known they had been if it wasn’t for the new boiler on the wall. I would have no hesitation recommending Holdcroft Heating to anyone. Fantastic company. Thanks Helen Charles
Agent was polite, helpful and prompt but final quote was excessive. Finally had what we wanted from someone else that travelled more than 50 miles to us and the job was complete within 4 days of initial contact, price was almost halved too.
