Went in to recycle 2 huge bags of pods at the new store in the Trafford Centre. Staff were very unhelpful and completely ignored me. I wanted to buy another 200 pods but got zero service. There were at least 3 staff members wandering around having a natter instead of helping customers. There were 3 customers who hadn't been seen to or even greeted while another 2 customers were being served by 2 members of staff. The upstairs section is newly opened, I went up to take a look at what was up there, which was just the same machine in various colours. Again, no members of staff asked if they could be of assistance. I must say I was very disappointed as I've noticed the demise in customer service at Nespresso Manchester over the past few years. I've purchased 4 nespresso machines over the years, most as gifts, I buy 100s of sleeves of pods at a time, but it's definitely better to purchase your pods online

Me and my boyfriend went to the Trafford centre specifically because we needed some items from the boutique and it was closed temporarily with a replacement stall. We queued for half an hour even though we were the only people in the queue. The stall didn’t have anything apart from a few machines so our trip was in vain. I wish it would’ve said more clearly online that the shop would be closed.
Made an hour and a half journey to The Trafford Centre just for coffee pods. Found the temporary stall and told there were no pods for sale. If the information had been on Google in the first place, I would never have made the trip. A total waste of a day. There are an incredible lack of Nespresso stores. Considering you can only buy the pods from the store, you'd think Nespresso would open more of them. I won't take out a coffee subscription like this company tries to get you to do more important things to pay for before I prioritise coffee. Nor will I be bullied into ordering a minimum of 50 pods for a delivery. Oh and also your delivery options are a rip off and your website is terrible. I'll just buy some ground coffee elsewhere thanks.
Visited the Trafford centre today to realise the main shop has gone and it is only a small pop up unit at the minute. The guy was very rude and abrupt,. We have travelled 40 miles to buy the coffee pods for our machine which we can only get from Nespresso and they are not selling coffee pods at the minute. What's the point on a specific shop selling only machines you can get anywhere but not selling their own coffee you can't get anywhere. We are getting rid of our machine as it is a right pain in the proverbials getting the coffee for it
Store is shut without any warning. Irritatingly the website wants minimum order quantity of 50 capsules, but I only wanted to pick up a couple of sleeves. The most disappointing part is the lack of signage or update online to explain whether this is permanent or not.
This shop no longer exists - its closed down! I wanted to return my broken machine - but now will have to take time out to meet a courier who is going to come and collect it for repair! Dreadful machines - i'd find an alternative if i were you. The Manchester Arndale shop is also closed permanently!
Good range of coffee selection here
Just wanted to buy some coffee for my coffee machine. After 2 other couples pushed in front of me, staff didn't seem bothered. I've walked out. I'll stick to my cafetiere.
Went to the pop up boutique as there is no actual store. They wouldn't take pods to be recycled and has no actual pods to buy. What's the point in the pop up boutique then? Waste of my time.
