Story

Bailey's (formerly Bailey Italia) is a hidden gem of Manchester located near Old Trafford. Delicious food and drink is served every weekday to eat-in or takeaway.
Breakfast is served until 3pm and we have a large selection on offer, from teacakes to omelettes.
With a large seating area this coffee shop is perfect for meetings with free wi-fi and street parking.
The outdoor seating area is great for when the sun is out, enjoy the weather and indulge in an ice cream sundae from our ice cream parlour.

Lifesaving coffee!. Good selection of freshly made food at very affordable prices. Always service with a smile. Must try the seasonal coffees and cakes on offer or the full arrange of breakfast options. Great open space and always warm with a mix of leather couches to unwind on. Tables outside for when the sun is out and can't beat the large selection of ice creams on offer.
To start with, Bailey Italia isn't an Italian restaurant at all. It does sell ice cream but any similarity ends there. It's also located in one of the oddest locations in Manchester, over the top of a large tent shop / MOT centre. Inside there is a combination of very large and comfy leather sofas, more akin to something you'd have in a home, and neatly arranged garden furniture. Food wise you've got either sandwiches or hot food. Costs are very low and portion sizes are frequently generous. But other than the standard fair of average tasting burgers and breakfasts there is nothing of note. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad food. It's just not very exciting. But it's well cooked and very well priced. So if you after a quick cheap lunch and you're in the area, worth a visit.
Very nice place for quality Ice creams & Milk shakes ... Good value for money .... but approach way & sign boards could've been better Posted about 8 yrs ago. Doubt whether it still exists !! Last month when I went there, looked around for it a bit to no avail. Please do update someone.
Rude staff, when I took back a breakfast that had clearly been cooked along time ago as the food was dried out and bad, they told me I was rude, not sorry we will change it for you, if they have more than 5 customers they crumble, expect a long wait for bad food, heaven forbid should you not want a particular item either, you have to eat what they make end of, it isn't upto you or they make a fuss and charge you extra, grotty place
Would give 5stars but jess never smiles like the other girls working there lol.
Asked for a tea and a cheese and tomato toastie, paid £4.50 got home and it was a cold sandwich staff were a little bit rude tea is nice though
Food was good but no signs and hard to find.
