I had a blow out on the A39 and have a car with no spare! I'm a community worker and on my way to my next patient. I was stuck down a lane and after a few calls, was recommended Neil Arnold. They came out within 45mins and I was back on the road 10mins later! Amazing service and they even let me pay later as I didn't have a card on me. Highly recommend them.
Excellent service, they came out , changed tyre for the space saver I went next day and they sorted out tyres, balance them can't fault the service. Staff were brilliant , great local service and all at a great price Thank you Neil Happy Christmas to you all
Was on a motorcycle trip and my back tyre wore right down to the metal banding. Rang Neil Arnold at 3pm that day for a new rear tyre.They said no problem they would order the tyre and it would be there the next day first thing. Got there first thing in the morning and was riding away at 9.30am . Genuine people,great service and a very reasonable price. I had tried ringing a few other firms before hand and they had all said it would be a few days before they could get the tyre. Neil Arnold even got the exact make and model of tyre I asked for. These guys got me out of a very sticky situation and could of quite easily ripped me off as I was in a desperate situation. Good to know there are still honest decent businesses out there that pride themselves on customer care. Thanks again lads.
Amazing service, honest to not only myself, my parents and grandparents over the years and they have always used this very trustworthy garage. Highly recommended, nothing is too much trouble and not a rip off.
Phoned on a Saturday morning to ask if they could repair a slow puncture. Was told to come straight in and they did the repair within the hour, even though they were very busy. I was delighted that they did it so quickly and without any fuss. Thank you very much!
i wouldnt use this company even if i was paid,the old bloke who i think was in charge is rude and didnt want to change tyres for me
The only problem I had with the service is that I can't get this level of service is Swansea! An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Having had a blow out on the M5 near Taunton, my family and I had were forced to stay at a holiday Inn before completing a summer trip to Minehead. Given that my car wears hideously expensive and rare 265-35-22 tyres, all my efforts to find a stockist in Taunton proved futile. Nobody stocked them and couldn't help me out. I was forced to complete the Minehead trip at 50mpg on my space saver. Upon calling ahead to the guys in Minehead, I was told a tyre would be waiting for me at 9am the very next morning. Sure enough, they were waiting for me at 9am ready to save the day, and holiday! The tyre, usually setting me back around £165, came in at a mere £107 fully fitted and balanced! I didn't have to prepay, there was no hassle, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and they made a potentially stressful experience an absolute pleasure. I am over the moon. Cheers chaps! Highly recommended. 10 stars!

Always use Neil Arnold for tyres and they've always been excellent! Competitively priced, quick - usually same or next day and are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!
I was properly stuck whilst on holiday on a bank holiday. Ripped a hole in my tyre my own stupid fault and then couldn't remove the wheel because the last time the tyres were changed, the local to me tyre fitters rattle-gunned my wheels on so tight, I actually bent the "pattern" inside my locking wheel nut trying to undo it. I called from the low signal area where I had parked-up. Stephen answered, and very politely stuck with me as I tried to make myself understood with very poor mobile phone comms. He then arranged for Jacob to come out to me on one of the Jubilee bank holiday days, and Jacob removed that bent locking wheel nut with a smile on his face and at a very agreeable price. I have to say, if I lived in the area, I'd never go to any other tyre place again. These guys saved my bacon 150 miles from home and were really pleasant about it. At a time when I was already kicking myself about what I'd done, they made all the problems go away. A huge thanks from me. Oh, and I've thrown away all the locking wheel nuts. They are just not worth the bother.
