Fantastic service, sorted us out straightaway when we found ourselves in a pickle having travelled down from Yorkshire and with a long onward journey. Friendly, fast service and much cheaper than expected, especially considering we had no other option. Brilliant!

Had all 4 tyres replaced. Very efficient: fitted the day after I ordered. Excellent price and excellent customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall: very impressed.

Battery problems whilst on holiday, and Neil Arnold tyres were recommended. First Class service, communication and price. We are in the area about 3 times a year and am seriously thinking of getting my routine maintenance done here from now on.

I had a blow out on the A39 and have a car with no spare! I'm a community worker and on my way to my next patient.  I was stuck down a lane and after a few calls, was recommended Neil Arnold.  They came out within 45mins and I was back on the road 10mins later! Amazing service and they even let me pay later as I didn't have a card on me.  Highly recommend them.

Took my car here just after Christmas as it needed servicing anyway and it wasn't quite driving right... They sorted the problem when it was in for servicing and my car has drove perfectly since. The guys are really friendly and professional also. Thank you will definitely come back if I have anything else that needs doing

Excellent service, they came out , changed tyre for the space saver I went next day  and they sorted out tyres, balance them can't fault the service. Staff were brilliant , great local service and all at a great price Thank you Neil Happy Christmas to you all

Very welcoming on arrival, great customer service from all and would 100% recommend, I can’t thank them enough forgetting me back on the road as fast as they did.

I used this fantastic garage in January while on holiday in the area, and a few months later I wanted to leave a review about how impressed I was with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff particularly Dai I also commend the work of his fitters who managed to resolve a long standing slow leak on one of my alloys which was causing me to inflate the tyre a couple of times a week. Dai said he had a guy who was a whizz with allows and he achieved what two tyre garages in swindon could not and sorted my wheel out and the replacement tyre has lost barely a lb in pressure since. This wheel and tyre and the other two tyres I replaced have had no issues ani I just wanted to say thanks to all at Neil Arnold Tyres. You were fantastic and the tyres were very reasonably priced too. Use these guys and gals and you’ll be happy you did. Thanks again
