What a dinner! This gem of a place has always been my favorite for an authentic Pakistani cuisine. The food is absolutely tasty and delicious. The highlight was the mix grill, tandoori chicken, keema naan, tarka daal and dry meat, like honestly look at those pics!!! Service was great, attentive and friendly cant complain. Our esteemed culinary team appears to be experiencing difficulties in accurately interpreting customer orders, resulting in multiple errors within a single order. Specifically, the children's nugget meal was mistakenly prepared with an undesirable spicy flavouring. To rectify this situation, we had to request a complete remake of the order. It would be greatly appreciated if your establishment could implement a system where customers are explicitly asked whether they would like chilli powder on their nuggets and fries during the order-taking process, rather than assuming its inclusion. Additionally, we noticed that the sauce nozzles on the tables were in an unhygienic condition, with visible dirt and grime inside the nozzle outlets. Furthermore, the tables themselves were observed to be sticky and had remnants of food and gum stuck underneath them. Kindly ensure that these issues are promptly addressed to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment for your valued customers.
Unfortunately I’ve been let down by one of my favourite Indian restaurants. I arrived for dinner on Tuesday evening and it was fairly quiet, I had my starters mixed grill as normal and when my mains arrived I plated my food and whist eating I had realised there was a dead fly in my rice. Upon noticing I informed the waiter straight away but instead I waited 5-10 mins after for another waiter to arrive to ask me what’s the issue. I pointed out there is a dead fly in my food, once the waiter had acknowledged this he had given me a replacement of rice even though I had already plated my food with some lamb and chicken pieces. He did apologise for this, however upon the bill I have mentioned if they could compensate myself for this, the waiter advised he couldn’t do anything but to speak to the manager. I went to the front till and spoke to him even though Ali owner was unavailable to speak to. The manager was reluctant to give any compensation for my food, I simply had ask to take the rice of my bill which he refused. So instead he took out the dessert from the receipt. My point is the manager didn’t want to compensate myself for the bill and I had to push him to do this, he told me if I had an issue to speak to the owner which he was unavailable. Sadly, I won’t be visiting again.
Exceptionally phucking great food. Great atmosphere and nice staff. If you’re a king or queen, you come here for it. Food here is fit for Royals! Phucking Delishous!Food: 5/5

Absolutely pathetic taste of food. The chicken karahi tasted like they had put one kilo of sugar in it. Lamb karahi was moderate but at lower end. Food was served cold. I regret spending or rather wasting £40 at this restaurant, it doesn’t even deserve 1star. Try at your own risk!!!Food: 1/5

Therefore, the overall score will reflect both the positives and negatives without me mentioning the negatives unless required as each experience can be different. So...my review; Overall, it was a decent experience. The mixed grill was great, maybe for the quality of food, it was overpriced, but the quality was decent. It seems it is common amongst restaurants with certain characteristics where the service is lacking and needs improvement. I would only recommend this place if you want to try it out. Was delicious.. We ordered mutter paneer, tandoori naan and biriyani. Tasty food with quality and quantity.Food: 5/5
Friendly staff. Quick service. The interior hasn’t changed in the last 6-7 years. The food was relatively good. However portion sizes have reduced. The Naan was fresh and soft. The chicken biriyani was slightly dry but was full of flavour. We were given complimentary karak chai.
one of the best Pakistani food we have tried here. Similar like tayybs. Food was lovely, was served very quickly. Their delicious food and the generous quantity will surely make you recommend this place to others.Recommended dishesMixed Grill Platter, Dry Meat
