A young man who is employed by NCP was extremely helpful to me and my wife yesterday at around 1.30pm. I had a bad fall on the pavement on leaving the cinema and blood was pouring from my head. 3 people who witnessed my fall helped me and my wife to get to the car park so my wife could take me to A&E. When my wife asked the young man how to head to the hospital when leaving the car park, he very kindly said to stop after the barrier and to follow him and he would point us in the right direction. When he arrived at the barrier he opened the barrier for us and then led us to the A&E department and also drove around the car park to find a space. My husband was seen quickly at A&E and is still in good health.nThis was far beyond this young NCP attendant's 'call of duty' and we are both extremely grateful to him for his kind and attentive behaviour.
Parked in the car park Saturday morning and walked out to be shouted at by one of the staff the floor was wet, Rude, there was no other way out of the car park, or was asked to leave a different way, then was called a idiot BY the member of staff he was the shorter member of staff on cleaning duties this morning, not a good insight to a company NCP. Think your staff need retraining in how to talk to customers.
