Disgusting carpark, lights on the stairs weren’t working, health and safety hazard! entrance from car park to stairs in complete darkness, I would avoid at all costs and definitely would not recommend using at night especially if you are on your own, absolute disgrace that it’s allowed to operate in the state it’s in. Signs within the car park are non existent so not easy to find your way out and no staff about if you have any issues.
Good location, there are always spaces, and a decent price. However the spaces are pretty tight, the exit is not clearly marked, and worst of all the exit barriers are narrow and at an awkward angle - every time I've been there are always cars having to reverse in order to reapproach at the correct angle.
This carpark is unattended 90% of the time. Car park barriers are always malfunctioning and have to wait on hold for a call centre in the Philippines to get them to manually open the barriers and they usually disconnect the call if they can’t. On my last visit ncp charged my card twice.
Used it as staying at the travel lodge.made the mistake of coming down the main road staircase not the lift side,it was dirty, smelt like toilets, and couldn't actually get out at the bottom.prob the worst staircase ever been on,now it's only a parking area but I expect it to be in decent nick.needs sorting out.signage wasn't great.
Parked yesterday lunch time , no one in there to ask some info.. very dirty places and all the stairs stink of pee .. disgusting ! Overprice than normal parking meter in the street .. No going back.
Used the app whilst parking here and for central Glasgow it was a good price. The car park is relatively tight so would not recommend for large 4x4s or long vehicles. Took a star off for having the cleanliness of a typical car park
Easy to find, was staying in a local hotel a few streets away. Good discounted price from the hotel which was validated upon check out. plenty of spaces available which was great especially for a carpark so central!
Parked here yesterday around midday as it was the nearest car park to where we were going. Never again. There were several places on the stairs that had clearly been used as a toilet and there were an array of individual totally off their faces on god knows what going in and out of the lifts and entrances. Was like something out of a movie. Disgusting and unsafe.
Great location good prices but lifts need cleaned as both smell pretty bad sometimes of urine
Ok carpark but the place smells like a it's been used as a public toilet.
