A place located in the beautiful church street Twickenham. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is ok. Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed with the food. It looked lovely but no taste. The distinctive richness of Indian spices was barely noticeable to the point my friend was adding table salt to his dish.... I hope I don't discourage others to visit as maybe we were unlucky that day, maybe they have other great dishes there, who knows... but I'm sorry to say, I might not try this restaurant again in the near future at least...
Plenty of better curry restaurants in the area. The food was pretty average for an Indian restaurant in the Twickenham area and the price average to high for what you got. Unfortunately during our meal, a pretty clumsy waiter knocked one of our drinks over the table - which meant it all had to be reset! Apart from that, service was not the best and we were placed at a pretty small table considering there were bigger empty tables nearby. The meals were acceptable, but no better than that. I wouldn't return there; there's far more better alternatives in Twickenham.
Our 2nd visit to the Naz Balti for a Birthday, every bit as delicious as the 1st visit. Food was perfect, one of us is vegetarian and there were plenty of options. Service was good, polite and friendly, very clean and good atmosphere. We highly recommend a visit, we will definately come again. They also do take aways and delivery. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian dishes, delicious us
Been here several times with friends over the past few months and I cannot recommend highly enough. The honey mango chicken is so good it makes me very emotional.
Very nice service. We went there at Thursday lunch time. Very quiet, hence not much atmosphere. But the food was good. Would certainly visit again.
Dinner on match day, extremely busy so understandably service was slow, parts of order forgotten and luke warm food. Probably much better on a normal night. They tried there best given how busy it was.Food: 3/5
Absolutely amazing food and service I wasn't planning to go for dinner - I had been to work all day and then was helping my bf with viewing flats so was tired and hungry we both were! He offered to treat us to a meal out and I felt over the moon because time spent with this man is always special. The staff were very professional and you were allowed to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Very tasty, very nice ambience and service which made me feel so special spending a night out with my buddy.
Went with a colleague after a long hard day. We were looking forward to something tasty as the start to an evening of chat and conviviality. The staff and service were fine. However, the food was disappointingly bland. Where was the spice, where was the sub-continental colour and joy of life? It seemed sadly lacking. We ate, we paid up and left, rather disappointed.
I used to eat here before, and it was very good, but now it has change hands the meal I had tonight was one of the worst Indian meals I have had. The chicken seemed to be old and pre cooked, tough, which I have never had in any restarunt before. Needless to say I will never go again.
The food was amazing, flavourful, incredibly well portioned for the price. I was lured in with their gourmet set dinner on a Tuesday deal but I’d go back and pay full price any day. Wait staff were friendly and service was quick. Salad was fresh and crispy and no flavour was compromised by spice level. Thank you for a lovely evening
