Visited the Ryde branch for the first time on Thursday to help support my nephew with his account. ?Rachel was most understanding and helped guide us through what needed to be done. Very impressed by the whole experience, well done Rachel, Nat West and the Isle of Wight!
Well I'm not sure what I can say about this bank, I've used it for the 34 years I've lived on the Island They take very good care of my money, I've never had a problem with my accounts. There's not as many staff as there was 30 years ago, but every bank is the same now. On the possative side they are helpful enough for me.
Excellent personal service without need to use machines .
Opens at 9.30am shuts 4.30pm have to lose hours at my work to suit ther opening times
Great service and friendly staff
Great bank but long waits when queuing
Always friendly and very efficient
Only atm that allows a fiver ;
