The reason I'm writing this review there is an Indian short ugly lady she's extreamly aggressive unprofessional she's always angry. Looks like she has some issues out of work which she brings it to work place. Every time i do my banking she spoil my day. Apart from all is well there .

This branch is always completely packed. If you get unlucky, you get someone completely unprofessional assigned to you.

Excellent customer service and staff here. Natwest is great. The machines that can take in cash/cheques are very helpful, saves queuing time.
