Lloyds Bank

Terrible unreasonable, uneducated and unprofessional staff members. I went there today (Willesdengreen,1 Walm Ln, London NW2 5SN); I got there 16:32 and there was a guy at the door saying that today they have decided to close earlier (16:30) because of the weather, therefore he did not allow me in, even though it was just TWO MINUTES later than the time they have decided to close. I said to him that I work and it is really hard for me to find a time to come to the bank, that I was coming from far away under bad weather, I did not know they were closing earlier as nobody told me and that was just 2 minutes passed from 16:30. He was rude and give me his back, did even answer me, how can they treat a customer like this? I'm leaving this bank for good. They did inform the customers that they would close it earlier. They are horrible people and very incompetent!

There was one blonde lady so rude. I didn’t like it. And when I asked if the other bank work like them she said change bank 😒

Not bad service but sometimes waiting time is wayy to loong.

The old lady look very nice, speak nicely, but she make me run 3 times to this branch just to confirm I have the right documents to open a bank account! And she just tell me at the 3rd time visit that if I apply online it will be only 10 minutes and no need book appointment through her and appointments has booked until next week, once I applied online, Lloyds bank will ask me to provide my documents to any bank store. Ok, so why are you asking me coming with my documents for? I just would like open a current account with Lloyds! What kind of service of Lloyds? I am not coming again or open any account with Lloyds bank now.

Just queued for 30 minutes to deposit £1 coins to be told they will not accept mixed bags of old and new!! Not sure if this is legal!!!
