Everyone who assisted me here was very nice and helpful. Answered all of my questions, were patient, and friendly. There was one employee who told another customer she wouldn't help him because she was getting off work soon. Then she proceeded to chat on the phone about her upcoming vacation for thirty minutes. That irked me but other than that no complaints.

Interminable queue and unhelpful staff after waiting for half an hour. I hope this is not the new Barclays standard. Edit: To follow up on my review above – the employees here were not only unhelpful, but straight up lied to my face by saying that they couldn’t process my request at the regular cashier’s desk. This was disproven at a different Barclays branch I visited. Absolutely disgusting.

one of their staff stole £100 from me whilest helping me put money in the machine better watch out who u trust . when complained to the manager he says i saw the CCTV i couldn't see much then I went to police stn they told me "Ooh it's Barclays matter"

Some employee are really nice but when you go upstairs to speak with them they try to avoid to have a sit with you and they tell you to get an appointment even if is urgent. I had a fraud on my bank account and they think that refunding the money is enough to make a customer happy and to pay all his time lost because of the fraud. They do not realize how painful is when you can't go work or you can't pay your bill because they aloud someone to go into my account and take over 200 pounds. Change bank before you will have fraud as well
