Friendly and helpful staff, quite a large queue can build up, as only two people behind the counter, there are a few self service machine's. Myself I like to deal with a person rather then a machine.

Called in to Taunton branch on a saturday, all inside self serve tills offering limited service because of technical issues in process of being fixed, What was disappointing, was the slow moving que growing out the door, because only two out of the three counters manned, 

2 stars are awarded for the 2 staff on the counter working flat out!
Minus 3 for the poor planning of 3 manned tills & effectivr managemen of allocating resources,

I have been trying to contact Taunton branch for the last hour, no answer from the main Nat West number and the only number that advises a local connection to Taunton does not work!

Tried to set up a joint account with my Partner before Christmas and was told 3 utility bills with my name and address printed on the letters, plus my passport and photo id driving licence was not enough to confirm my identity and address.... not impressed at all
