Prefer to speak to people not a machine. What’s the point in having a bank full of machines. Unprofessional and annoying. Would just rather speak to a human being! That’s why I come to the bank. If I wanted a machine I’d go online or to an ATM. Barclays you’re the richest bank in the UK and you can’t afford your own staff. Quite pitiful really.

Just horrible. Staff standing around in cheap suits, carryging iPads, doing nothing other than showing people how to use the machines that replaced them.
