This is a 4 star review of the cafe. Visited again today and the service was very good, more importantly the cappuccinos were very good. Well made and good coffee used. Not the cheap, harsh-burnt flavour in many outlets that don’t specialise in coffee predominately. I’ve yet to eat here so only 4 stars atm. Could easily be a 5. Lots of room for patrons and close to the toilets on the same floor. Three different team members engaged today and all were very pleasant. Was offered a loyalty option by way of a qr code but didn’t take the option today. I have the app so it may be an option if I was to visit regularly. Very much recommended and will try to eat next time.
I have to say that the coffee was wonderful Columbian blend and so was the lady that served us.nAt least M&S still allows its customers to have full fat milk. Some other companies like Pret and now Sainsbury's do not. I am avoiding those places now.
Exceptional customer service today 28.10.23 around 2pm and had the most helpful male assistant with fabulous hair! help me at the self serve checkout. When I told him we were new to the area moving from Manchester he went out of his way to explain how the car parking worked and made some really helpful suggestions for getting to know the Area. Thank you for the recommendations to visit Dunster can’t wait to get to know the area better!
I just like to thank you for selling us a turkey that was out of date, sold full price with the in date turkeys. Who sells a turkey for Christmas dinner, that is out of date 2 days before? Also, thanks for the prawns too, also out of date. We trusted that by going to m&s that we would be paying that little extra for quality, FRESH food to ensure a perfect Christmas meal. It never occurred to us to check that the food sold for Christmas day, Would be fresh and within it's use by date!!! It wasn't reduced or set apart from any of the other food. So thanks M&S. Next year we'll go somewhere else and hopefully have something edible on Christmas day. You suck! Went to buy a turkey and bought a lemon.
Shopping here with my wife being partly disabled disappointed to find very few if any seats for taking weight off feet, we all know how long ladies can shop. Nice coffee etc in cafe. Only place I found to sit down.
