staff act like they couldn't care less specifically asked for my card number to stay the same when I got a new card as it causes no end of drama if its different ! was told I would be called when my new card arrives after 5-7 days still no card after 2 weeks so I go in and there my card is in the drawer with 50 other cards for customers  I'm assuming they hadnt bothered to tell had arrived . and of course after trying to use my card online in numerous places and wondering what the hell was going on because it wasn't working I see my card number of course had changed because the lazy c**** behind the counter hadn't listened to a word Id said.

Needed to change an account, man at the window completely uninterested and incredibly unhelpful. Very tempted to close account completely and go to another bank altogether
