Appalling! I’ve come at 9.50am to find the door is closed despite the opening times stating it is open. A lady opened the door to let a delivery person out and made eye contact with me as I politely asked “excuse me are you open” and then slammed the door shut in my face. It wouldn’t have been hard to say sorry were closed. I needed to deposit a large sum of cash and expected the bank to be open! How can businesses change their opening times with no notice to customers! Will be looking to do my main banking elsewhere if this is how they treat customers here
I popped into the bank last Saturday and was greeted with a lovely smile and very friendly and helpful Sam Brooks. Well, I was surprised to know she was the manager as you don't seem to see lots of them nowadays! Sam took time to listen to my case and, without any delay, she put me to see the very amazing Ben B Fisher who was very positive, helpful, knowledgeable despite his young age, showing fantastic professional skills and patience while he was dealing with my complaint the customer service I received in my early visit to the same branch the week before. I had a terrible and shocking customer service from the bank duty manager and his unprofessional staff who failed to provide what they are employed to do- assist customers in their queries and make life easy for people who work full time all week fay's! Two visits with two different experiences, and the only difference is staff professional code of conduct and kindness when dealng with people's queries! If you ever visiting Natwest Bury Branch, please ask for Sam and Ben to assist you because they will make sure you are well looked after and get things sorted for you in a very polite, kind and professional way! This is how customer service should be. Natwest Bank in Bury are so lucky to have amazing members of staff like Sam and Ben. You deserve special recognition for your amazing customer service. Thank you so much for everything!
I was assisted today by Sharon, she was extremely helpful, welcoming and kind. She even let me stay in the bank to ring the Fraud team, which took an hour, 'I wish they had a Sharon', because they were rubbish. Thank you Sharon 10 stars
Went in yesterday to enquire about mortgages. Spoke to Mr Bhatti. He was brilliant gave me some great advice. Put my mind at ease. Spoke to me as a valued customer and listened to my needs. look after this employee. He's a superstar gave me his email/business card for any further questions or to book in to purchase a mortgage. Been a customer for 9 years and never had a bad experience here.
Today I popped into the Bury branch I was greeted very Friendly by 2 members of staff at reception desk I had an issue with a transaction and the member of staff was brilliant. I went onto deposits and she kindly assisted me . Recently I've had a few personal issues and she listened and gave me a well needed hug . I wish I'd got her name just when you need someone she was there x Thankyou so much
Really bad experience, meeting with an absolutely unwilling and incompetent person Deborah. Unbelievable it's probably not her money, it's not her problem.
Could overhear staff discussing with customers their personal issues. Noticed Rude and off hand responses. Failure to listen/respond to customer request. Instance of female member flouncing off and 'slamming' door as leaving main floor. Glad this isn't my branch. Customer service training urgently required.
Don't like newish system ie. Having long wait after giving your name on entering the bank, also on more than one occasion banking machines inside are not in working order or the queue is long. Hence lost of customer's just turn and leave.
I was in the bury branch Today, I Was Welcomed by a chap who works at bury branch called jay very warm welcome and happy to help, whilst I was waiting I noticed a elderly women walk in panicking regarding her banking jay was happy to help he assured her everything will be alright and 10mins later she walked out smiling. he definitely is a credit to the NatWest group and nice to see individuals like him go above and beyond.
There has been a few comments about queues, I was there this morning and queued up to deposit a cheque. When I reached the lady at the Nat West desk she took me to a machine and showed me how easy it was to deposit a cheque and obtain a receipt. It seems in most cases there is no need to queue, the technology exists to avoid it if people would just learn how to use it. I intend to deposit any other cheques I receive by this method.
