I recently had an amazing experience at HSBC Bank UK, thanks to Lisa Woolley, Cert RBCB, BA Hons. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. Lisa took the time to explain all the options available to me, ensuring I felt confident and informed. Her professionalism and approachable nature made me feel valued as a customer, even at my age. It was truly the best customer service I’ve received, and I’m grateful for her support. I highly recommend HSBC for their exceptional service!
Went to try to resolve a problem setting up a transfer to a new fixed rate bond. The lady I met, unfortunately didn't get her name but could well be the branch manager was very helpful. We managed to resolve the problems and process the transfer. She was excellent and so helpful. I've had other issues in the past and the staff at Bury always brilliant. Big thanks!
The representative who attended to me Neelam was a breathe of fresh air and hope. She’s so understanding and patient. She ensured everything I requested for was done as long as it was within her control. HSBC Bury you’ve got a great asset. Thank you Neelam.
Walk-in to the branch for CHAPS Transfer without appointment. Ms. Bev offer me a big help and finish the transfer with no time. Excellent attitude and zero delay. Absolute great service which make HSBC service ahead of other brand. Keep up the good work!
Alisha was an absolute superstar! She was very patient and understanding to what I needed from my banking. We managed to sort all of this in record time and she kept me informed of all the details of each account I had opened, showed me how to use / transfer money between accounts etc. Alisha is an excellent figurehead or ambassador for the Bury branch. Would definitely the branch and staff to family and friends
Well what can I say…what I thought was going to be a massive hassle was turned into an easy process with the wonderful assistance and guidance of Bev Medlen! She was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgable, and quickly demonstrated a full understanding of my somewhat complex situation, providing expert knowledge and assistance, and all in good humour whilst remaining professional! She never made me feel incompetent despite my ignorance, and what I was convinced would be a drawn out process or even a ‘computer says no moment’ turned into a very easy and fun encounter. After trying many phone calls to the customer care line without success, I decided to visit the branch in Bury . I was helped by Neelan Arshad who sorted out the problems I was having in about 15 minutes. She was absolutely brilliant . I left the branch feeling so much better as if a load had been lifted from my head ,also she was so pleasant a joy to deal with
