Due to a bereavement I needed to go to the local branch to have paper work scanned and sent to bereavement team , Got there and was asked why I was there I told them to report a bereavement and been told to get paperwork scanned at local branch she asked did he die of Covid I replied No and was told to go and stand to one side outside of the bank No sympathy what so ever, But a guy who wanted to cancel a Direct debit was welcomed in Thank You NW Grantham for making me feel as though I was something you wouldn't step in ,
