This branch was closed by Barclays in April 2024, but for some reason google will not accept an amendment. I have tried 4 times to correct the map, but each time it comes back not accepted.

Unable to make appointments for almost 2 months in the Grantham branch. Obviously need more staff and to open longer hours and also to not close on Thursdays. You are turning loyal customers away as you are only partially open. I believe Grantham Barclays customer service was incredible but if customers can't get an appointment for months and the branch is hardly open then it's failing it's customers. Please revert back to usual pre - pandemic aopening hours and open for 6 days a week Monday - Saturday
Attended a pre booked meeting with Penny in the Grantham branch to open up a joint account with my partner for paying bills into. Penny was brilliant. She was very personable and friendly but clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The joint account was opened and she also offered to swap all our house related direct debits over. She also suggested a savings account to open which we did with her. Finally she also suggested RAC and travel insurance which we will also arrange. We both left extremely satisfied. Thanks.

I'm a key worker and my working hours is the same like branch opening hours and can't put money into my account. I think time is arrived to improve the cash machine like other banks did. Everything else is OK
Needs to be open 5 days a week minimum for business users. Terrible customer service, that is when you can actually find someone willing to talk to you.
Called in on Thursday the 18th June to see a Personal banker wanting just an additional name on account.Thankfully no queue but no PB available, told one would call to make an appt, next date as they weren't in, to-date no one has called, poor service

I am a Barclays customer, I went in yesterday hoping to pay cash into my parents Barclays account and they refused me. Other banks have let me do this before and I am sure Barclays allow it too but this guy did not want to help he said I needed to pay it into my own. How stupid, it ruined my day and messed everything up completely. Thanks
