Everyone seems to be put out by the lack of opening hours. But the bank doesn't seem to care! Only way anyone can be heard is if everyone who is disgruntled pulls their money out and moves to a building society! Goodbye
Very poor. Check out staff very rude and impatient with elderly who are not ofay with apps! You need to take off OLD, OUT OF DATE info from website. Causes a lot of confusion. eg opening times.Seriously considering leaving the bank after decades of a good service!
Open 3 days a week and closes at 3.30pm. How does a business pay money into their account if the bank is not open? No other branch nearby due to closures unless you can get into Brighton.
I don't use it that often now with online banking, and theres only ever one cashier on duty when I do go there...But only open between 9.30 am and 2pm ? We can't all get there during your opening times, so come on NatWet get your act together.
One of the most accessible bank in Haywards Heath. I thought one of their staff was really helpful in letting us understand about loans, insurance and personal matters that we need to know. Well, it's a bank, but one that only seems to cater for retired or unemployed people. How am I supposed to pay cash in when I work all week. Take a long weekend but open on Saturday morning at least !!
