Closed weekends. Useless for anyone who is working. Actively closing down stores across the country. Bank elsewhere. Lloyds dont care about the customer.

So annoying your not open on a Saturday, and also the times in the week 9-3? Very annoying for people that may need to visit the store and work full time Mon-Fri.

Closing at 3:30pm when most of us work until 5 is a real pain, especially when you don’t open on Saturday mornings anymore.  I can get an hour off work at the end of the day, but certainly not 2. Such a shame.

Lloyds, Oh how shamefully you fail your customers. Anti fraud screw ups constantly causing costs. Automatic cheque machines eating and destroying cheques. having to get replacments. For pities sake at least try to get something right. Fall on your sword your honor is lost.  How do your staff feel, they try so hard to smile and be helpful as the black horse falls.

This branch must be preparing for closure because there is never any staff available and  the facilities a bank traditionally offers  are being withdrawn. Queues always horrendous.

Regular bank, can get slow when there's a few people in the queue and the person in front of you wants to deposit a grand in coins.
