Massive queues, beyond incapable staff. I’ve witnessed glaciers move faster. Branch should be closed immediately in the interests of public sanity.
Staffs at this branch unbelievably unprofessional and they definitely need to be trained what the customer services are. I wonder why people choose Barclays instead of NatWest. It seems like we are there ask for free cash but no, we are there as their customers. So bad and rude. Avoid them
Staff are always very helpful particularly throughout the coronavirus crisis. Yes you have to queue, but that's normal now. Service is efficient and courteous.
Poor customer service. Had to take in documents for them to send to head office. One week later they had still not faxed them over. So today i have switched my account to Tesco Banking as i have a credit card with them and they are always so helpful. Will avoid Natwest from now on
Matthew is surely an outstanding professional in Hastings branch. He has a clear understanding of customer service and handles customers with interest and respect. An absolute role model.
Due to current covid restrictions, a queuing system is in place even to use the internal self service cash machines. Long wait in the queue to be seen. Whilst waiting, the person in front of us gave up and walked away.
Nat West is outdated and still reily on old technology. The red tape they put in front of you before opening a bank account is useless as it could easily be forged. They asked for confirmation of of acceptance from the university on paper and sent me home to get a letter when the university only sent me an email, I had an e-mail already printed out but apparently that wasnt enough. Sorry guys but your customer service not up to standard.
Worst service I ever seen I was standing there for like 20 minutes no one asked me for help and then I gone !
