Poor customer service. Had to take in documents for them to send to head office. One week later they had still not faxed them over. So today i have switched my account to Tesco Banking as i have a credit card with them and they are always so helpful. Will avoid Natwest from now on

On the website it says the store if open at 9.30am on a Wednesday but on the board outside its 10am. Total waste of a morning waiting there thinking its open at 9.30am. But had to leave as had work at 10am! Not very good!

Staff were very helpful. Explain things in great detail. Booked appointments in advance and were ready for us when we arrived.
