Happy with how my account was opened and they answered my many questions. Its usually a "nice" experience going there but there are just two ladies who work there who are very rude and difficult but they are not there often so happy when being served on a whole.

I wish I could have given ZERO stars. Staff incredibly rude, youngish girl with frizzy hair needs to learn some manners. Not how she should be treating customers.

Bad service always messing upy direct debits. Would never go back. 1h30mins to close joint account and open one single account and still got payments wrong!!! They a joke there stay away!!'
