Isaac Lord Retail Showroom

I went in today looking for special fixings for a piece of MDF. I was greeted as i entered the shop and told that someone on the back counter could help me. He was brilliant taking time to work out what I might need. I then I left and drove up to the trade counter to look at the parts and the guy there was helpful too, took time to help me, made a better suggestion and asked me to let him know how I got on with those parts.

Bought a heavy duty retro drop handle & fittings on-line from Issac Lord after searching for this older design for a long time. As well as an excellent quality item, they delivered good old fashioned service from start to finish with great communication and fast delivery. All for under a tenner, too. Very pleased. The actual shop and most of the staff are great but due to having problems with the most unhelpful and miserable member of staff upstairs tall with grey hair . And this seams to be everyone else's opinion of this person I have found a great place just around the corner with helpful staff and a larger selection called Axminster tools and machinery

The Tools department is brilliant! Really helpful friendly service, and they've done a great job servicing my power tools. I haven't had good customer service like this for a long time ....Keep it up!
