Edit [25/May/2021]: I popped in after being in lockdown, I needed that little boost and relaxation. Went for Thai massage, had a go in the HOCATT and popped into the Holy Carrot. Staff were still as amazing and made sure I was well looked after. Massage was perfect pressure mixed with stretches. Will post some images of the Holy Carrot yum yums! October 2019: Not had a beauty treatment yet, but had my make-up done here and they did a wonderful job, paying attention to what I’d like whilst giving advice. As someone who doesn’t normally wear make-up they kept it fairly light and natural, which was really nice and you can tell she’s a proper hands on make-up artist who knows what she’s doing Elizabeth. I would post my images, but not keen posting myself in public domain.
Really magical place, and great concept for individual entrepreneurs for aesthetics practice studio hires. Polite receptionist, comfortable and beautiful waiting rooms. I got lucky to visit my favorite aesthetician in London, Olga Peskova, for her signature sculptural face massage and can’t recommend her enough
The best Medi Facial I ever have! We visited this beautiful place on weekends and we all had facials as a treat. My facial was booked with Sep and she was very lovely, professional and most knowledgeable! My facial was truly magical, literally the best anti aging. Will definitely recommend her magic hands and her expertise to look younger and feels amazing in your own skin!
I've been visiting Kara Mia for years now, a friend had recommended seeing her when I encountered some health problems. Kara Mia is the best nutritionist I've ever had the pleasure of using! She is soooo knowledgeable on so many different topics. Over the years, Kara Mia has helped me through various diverse issues auto immune, etc. and has recommended so many positive ways of helping my body; from nutrition and supplements to different therapies for nerve damage due to sciatica and a microdiscectomy operation. Kara Mia is amiable, congenial, dynamic, down to earth and has a great energy. I can tell she really cares about what she does and enjoys helping people. The prices are very affordable for the service received and I'd highly recommend anyone who is suffering from any form of dis-ease visits her to get their health back on track. Thank you Kara Mia, I truly appreciate everything you've done for me over the years and all the advice you've given me. 10/10!
wonder full experience as always i m very happy for make over plenty of time was giving by Willo and carlos , both of them amazing willo my colour stylist i have been many times with her but carlos was first time as i told you amazing he was wonderful experience i m so happy Thanks to both of them that’s why i made effort for review my highly recommendation for colour willo and cut carlos’s they are Best
When I first came to urban retreat I felt very impressed it looks like a paradise. You really feel relax straight away and you could definitely stay for very long time. To be honest most of the time I am going there because my best colourist is there NATALIA just remember this name. I change so many times colour than she always been here for me. I passed to blond, brown, ginger and now red. The point is when you change colour so many times there is always a process to follow to don’t destroy your hair. And that is the big reason why Natalia is so important for me. She always give me good advices and recommendations. The time is just flying, she is very fun and professional in the same time. When I am going there is my moment. And the result is always what I was expecting for, impeccable. So Natalia get ready I will probably see you soon for maybe blue hair.
Hair color w Natalia is as always amazing experience I’ve been going to her for years and I am never going elsewhere. She is the reason I came to UR, while getting my hair I got my nails done & booked a treatment at their medical clinic. More than happy w everything it’s nice to get it all done at same place and trust they have high standards throughout. Highly highly recommend. Edit- saw Marcelo for keratin treatment yesterday, he is such a sweetheart & im so glad I can go to one place & have everything done & everyone there is great at their expertise.
I had a relaxing 1 hour massage. It was amazing
