I visited Lucy for the first time, a little nervous about the waxing. She immediately put my mind at rest and there was minimal pain. The room is lovely, Lucy is lovely and clearly a perfectionist in what she does. I will definitely be returning back.

Thank you Lucy for so warmly welcoming me into the Moon and stars experience. You took the time to connect with me and I was immediately put at ease and had a chance to unwind during my treatment which was brilliant. We all need time to lie back and gaze up- only 5 stars available but worth so much more.

Came to the salon today having booked in for a men’s facial and also the head massage.  This was the first time I had ever had either treatment, with Lucy or otherwise, and I totally underrated how beneficial I might find them, having always opted for a full body massage instead previously.  Lucy is very welcoming, knowledgeable and very good at what she does. My skin feels great tonight but moreover I went in with a lot of tension in my jaw and neck this morning and feel so much more relaxed now.  Would recommend 100% and will definitely return.  Danny

I go to Moon and Stars Beauty Therapy for hot wax hair removal. Lucy is great, she's so friendly that it feels more like a catch up with a friend rather than a waxing appointment! She's also very knowledgeable in what she does and very professional. Her prices are competitive, and well worth it for the service you get. The treatment room is comfortable and homely. I can't recommend Lucy and Moon and stars beauty enough!

Very lovely lady… Lucy is very professional and actually cares about her clients! I got a Hollywood Wax and she paid a lot of attention to detail. Her prices are well worth it. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended  Update: Bad customer service... Cancelled my appointment twice in a row.. Had to ask for my money back and she gave me very untimely replies which was very unprofessional in my opinion. Quite disappointed.

Lucy was wonderful! So personable and easy to be around - anybody who might feel apprehensive or nervous to get a wax for example would have no need to worry as her therapy room is lovely and inviting and so is she! I would definitely recommend. Professional service and a genuinely lovely person!

Such an amazing experience!! I got a hot wax and was expecting a painful 1/2 hour however I was pleasantly surprised and so happy with the results. Lucy was extremely personable and made sure I had a thorough consultation before going to work, she made sure I was distracted from the pull of  wax. I will definitely be back. Highest recommendation

Excellent customer service. I arrived early, but that was not a problem. I got the impression that Lucy was a professional and knew what she was doing. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I entered the salon. She sat me down and explained how it worked, and the treatment was done very neatly. She is definately someone I would recommend. Lucy thanks again!

Lucy is an amazing at what she does. My first time getting a Hollywood wax and although fairly painful I had a really good first experience. It actually hurt less than when I got a bikini line wax from a previous salon which for me was a bad experience.  She works really quickly and speaks throughout the whole process which is a lovely quality. Her salon is clean and equipped. She offers advice and a full consultation before she begins to do anything which shows how professional she is. Would highly recommend! I will be returning.
