I might not go back to that branch after what happenned this morning on phone and in branchI phoned up on the 2nd december 2017, the phone was put down on me i even spoke to joanne and she said to come in i done that, staff member was rude just like on the phone and oh im not allowed to look at my statment or have a print off i personally believe there behaviour today is disgraceful is therd any point in making a complaint no because they woild refute the claims made yet other branch in fareham lady was extremely helpfull on the phone unlike in portsmouth commercial road again, the main branch manager is awesome, the best in the business most of the staff members are brilliant and easy to get on with, unlike previous staff members who want to cause issues and lies

Debbie was so helpful and lovely. Made an appointment & was seen same day. It's not my local branch but would go back to see Debbie if I had anything to sort without hesitation. Plus the two other people I spoke to were very polite & nice. Well done nationwide you have excellent staff. Very pleased customer 😊👍

The blond woman receiving customers in the entrance was an angry racist who tried to have me and my girlfriend waiting for an hour to open an account. When other members of the staff tried to help us she prevented them by telling them: "They are ok with waiting one hour, please go help other customers". Finally other member of the staff ignored her and helped me create an account (although the other woman kept on asking her to leave us). I can't believe Nationwide has this customer service.
