Staff are friendly and helpful but the rates are not the best. However, that's basically a convenience fee because you can get currency there and then. Also, not a surprise that they've got eeh rates considering the state of the pound at the moment.
Left it last minute to get some Hungarian Forint and whilst my collection time wasn’t until 2PM I phoned and asked and the staff were amazing! Told me they could have it ready by 11AM. Turned up all currency was ready, both staff extremely happy and friendly, great experience, will certainly use again.
Amazing staff Darina and Nellie were helpful and efficient, thanks so much
