Takes so long to be seen and when you get told to use the self services machines they say they will be over in a second then they don't bother and your holding up a massive line of people so u get pressured to not bother with what your actually doing, bank is small, u never have enough staff working but u have enough walking around in circles

Banked with Barclays for 18+ years went in to get a loan to pay off car finance staff were terrible and did not understand there own terms of reference, even the manager couldn't understand them. Anyway made a complaint and secured loan over the phone which too15 minutes !!! Not the hour I spent in branch !! Very poor for Barclays !! Staff require more training on there products.

the numbers are not specific to any branch, and so i was put on hold 3 times without ever being put through to the branch. Awful service.
