Staff at the branch always friendly and helpful; unfortunately the Society itself is bureaucratic and unhelpful with a Flexaccount, and I am currently seeking a replacement provider. How this Society is Which? recommended is beyond me; avoid if possible.

Some of the poorest performance I have ever seen from inside a bank and I've seen bad practices. Be prepared for long queues.
