We've found the staff really helpful, especially the staff who are around in the banking hall. They assist customers with their business, which saves waiting for a cashier and they are very pleasant and obliging.

One cashier on at any one time, the remaining staff standing around with tablets, trying to look busy. The service is so slow, especially if you want to deal with a cashier and not use the automated paying in or withdrawal machines which are taking jobs away.

Dated inside, but I believe the external ATM is now one of the first to offer NFC based withdrawals without the use of your PIN code now.

I think it is a disgrace that Barclays have neglected to put anything in place for their business customers who regularly go to the bank for change, whilst they are closed for a "refurb". I expect the refurb will also put customers second, reducing the amount of tellers or possibly getting rid completely. Yes it may be speculation but that's what we do when we are kept in the dark.
