Just had my tyres changed today, once the technician was done he decided to involve my car into an accident with a lorry parked outside of the workshop. Avoid this place, is not worth any money unless you want your car damaged!!!
This is probably one of the rare time I’m writing a bad review but someone got to say something. The manager that was working on Saturday 7.01.2023 need training on customer service. Zero customer communication. Went in for my booking at 1:30, didn’t get seen until 1:40, fair enough they were busy so I respect that. Went in next to see the manager. His greeting to me was, quote ’Yo’, because I’m a brown guy wearing a hat? so he assumed I’d speak like that? Anyway when I told him I have a booking for 1:30 for wheel alignment, he said the car need to be left for the whole day. When it says an hour on their website. I said to him if you had informed me that earlier I would have made an arrangement as I don’t live in Bridgwater. He said not my problem, what do I do if my staff don’t turn upto work. I’m sorry but that’s not my concern, I’m a paid customer here who came for my service, give me the service you’re getting paid for! I hope he gets given some teaching on customer service. Would love to put through a formal complaint but nowadays us consumers rely more on true feedbacks on the internet. They don’t even deserve a star.
I felt extremely anxious as 1 of the staff started to get very rude to me but luckily he forgived me and eventually understood my condition. And Thank you so so much for fixing my bonnet lock and fitting a new headlight bulb for free. This has really helped me and my car a lot. Merry Christmas to you all.
I visited the National Tyres, Bridgwater branch yesterday morning and asked if someone could check the air pressure in a front tyre as I had hit a pothole. I should add I have had my car serviced and MOT'd there for many years. The new manager on the front desk was very abrupt and demanded I park my car in a parking space and then he would book me in! I asked if someone had a minute just to check the pressure and he answered that none of his staff had time to do that! It was my intention to book a service which I usually do in February. Needless to say I left without booking the service or getting the tyre checked!!
A bit of an escapade... Return trip from Devon to Scotland, I noticed in Lancaster that my front tires were balding. Visited the Lancaster branch and a Preston branch alas no free slot as well as 2 other brands, rang ahead to Glouscester who could fit me in but a tad too late in the day, Bridgewater just said drop in we have tires in stock. Expected a much longer wait due to the drop in but was done within the hour. Great service
Ordered a specific tyre for my vehicle based on the tool on their website, tyre duly delivered, I arrive and was told that it's the wrong tyre. So, this could have gone one of two ways here! Fortunately, Steve was brilliant. Apologised and immediately processed a refund for me. Would happily use again but would probably call them and not use the online tool.
Stopped to check rear dual tyres on our camper without a booking and Raymond could not have been more helpful. We had a valve problem which caused the flat and made the tyre bald. Thanks to Raymond, 30 mins later we back on the road safely and legally. Highly recommend!
Excellent price for my 20" Pirrelli runflat tyres Fitted in super quick time and great care taken with my wheels. Great Service and very Friendly Hats off to Darren and his crew.
Called in with a suspected slow puncture. after a 10 minute wait the car was bought in and the offending wheel was removed. Both a visual inspection and leak detection spray found no evidence of of a puncture. The wheel was replaced and no charge for the work done. I was keen to understand how the TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system worked and this was explained in some detail. The car then had all the tyre pressures set and the TPMS was updated to tell the car this had been done. Still no charge. Genuinely grateful for the level of service, we carried on our holiday and had no further issues with the tyre. Many thanks.
Had some new tyres fitted at the Bridgwater branch, which one began leaking some months later...called in and the wheel was made good and tyre refitted...all without charge...excellent service
