Good selection of foods, shelves seem still mainly well stocked and home delivery is really good. You can also book generally from about a day ahead so you shouldn’t have to wait too long for it. You do need to remember what you buy, had one occasion where a bottle of spirit was missing had a refund and another time half the shopping was still in the van, wasn’t happy and his reply oh I would have realise since I got to the last drop. Not really good enough. However everyone has been helpful, on time and cheerful. Thank you.
It's Sainsbury's pretty much identical to any other store in their estate, we were able to find and buy all the items we went in for. Parking is good with nice size spaces. Petrol station on site also with competitive prices.
Appreciate the store is hectic with refurbishment going on. But whenever visiting, it's always a hunt half way across the car park to find a small trolley. Never any trolleys available outside the store. Really putting me off from shopping here after many loyal years. Really poor mobile signal inside too. Mobile scan and go can be difficult at times.
It is an okay sainsbury. Has all the stuff you need but doesn't have a great selection, particularly for vegan vegetarian alternatives. Fruits aren't very good and often go mouldy very quick but they'll give a refund the next day if you request it. Plenty of parking provided. Most disappointing thing is the cost of some items compared to other supermarkets, they can be very overpriced
Dreadful shop..... Shelves were mostly empty and this was at 7.30 am. I gave up doing my weekly shopping in Sainsbury as no matter what time of day I went in the shelves were almost always needing a restock. They have made the Bridgwater store much larger but its no use having a bigger store with lots of clothes, household, cosmetics etc if you can't do your full weekly shop at the same time due to poorly stocked shelves.
Went to use the Argos collection point. Lots of building work going on behind screens at the front of Sainsbury's. Starbucks is going in there, not sure what was wrong with Sainsbury's own Cafe!
Managed to get 99% of the items required, used Smart Scan, so no queue to pay.
Most of the store seems to be clothing and makeup, not as much food as used to be. Shelves not very full, had to find a few alternates for out of stock.
Great selection of produce and clothes. Special offers are varied. Petrol station in the carpark.
Called in for a few items as I was staying locally. The store looked like a flood zone, and the staff seemed oblivious and happier to stand around chatting. Just a dreadful store. Come on sainsbury sort yourselves out this is a major health hazard
