This is a tiny house but is packed full of interesting history. The man who gave us the tour was so knowledgeable and brought the place to life. It's only open a short time, so it's worth making sure it's open. It's easy to park on the road outside.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
What an unique place to visit with so much historyVisited onWeekendWait timeNo wait
Excellent stop and the tour only on Sunday and Monday, but worth a stop, as is the church and its painted ceiling and the Abbey remains English Heritage.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
We liked this place. The man from National Trust told us a lot interesting information about this place
I small place to visit but nonetheless interesting. I suggest you combine it with a visit to the Treasurer's house at Martock and the priory at stoke-sub-Hamdon all of which are interesting in there own rights but are quick to get around. They're all close so doable.
Great fun to see inside this home and to hear its history. Worth popping into the church opposite too.Visited onPublic holidayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
