Cheap things come with high costs. This may be the cheapest way to get out of Gatwick Airport, but if you want to make it somewhere on time, forget about it. Unfortunately I witnessed people missing important flights when our coach arrived to the airport with a 40 minutes delay. It’s definitely cheap. But risky.

As you could expect. Machines won't work, coach drivers machines don't work, cash not allowed, drivers are rude. Everything done to make it as impractical as possible. Another company that doesn't care about its customers and knows people need them.
