It was well safely organised-- you could view into the garage from two vantage points outside and by the indoor toilets --there were buses old and new as used by the old BCT-- tow trucks with images of film stars adorning their sides-- there were plenty of food venders for its size and traders selling their wares-books models etc--you could have a free ride to Wolverhampton bus interchange station in town and a trip through the bus wash if you wanted -- apart from the fire engine there was a first aider tent giving demonstrations -- there were buses in the far car park but for the spotter if you went on the bus trip you were treated to a trip round these-- yes a nice sunny day and credit to the staff giving their time-- a well run event --obviously it was child and disability friendly and the car parking for safety with bus movements was on the main road --so well done allfor an enjoyable day
Just like every other National Express West Midlands garage I imagine. Friendly on the outside, different story on the inside? Management treat the drivers like second class citizens, always to blame for everything and very fast to punish and replace?? Drivers are treated with zero respect from a growing section of society which is partially explained by the fact that management also have zero respect for their staff and will rarely defend them in 50/50 situations? The staff situation is a non-stop production line with drivers leaving to be replaced by the next unsuspecting batch! Any mistake is rewarded with an invitation to the management offices to be used to punish you at a later date. Whatever the wage, it would never be enough to urge me to sign up for endless torture! Life is short, too short to be treated like they do.
Excellent open day supporting The Haven in Wolverhampton. Aaron got to sit in some buses and we went through the bus wash. Those volunteering worked so hard in boiling hot weather
Pictures may look beautiful on this page but very extremely Terrible services in Wolverhampton, buses always late, barely turn up! Especially the number 32/33 something needs to be done immediately!
My kid lost her school bag in the bus Dudley 1. The next day, I went to garage and found it. I was so happy. Honesty is key to success. Keep it up National Express West Midlands.
Good company - buses are generally on time and the drivers are safe. Could be a bit friendlier sometimes but hey ho
As a bus enthusiast this is a great depot love it when I see my favourite driver Shaz but today was terrible I was on the 3 from the broadlands going home and the bus got packed cause of students I pressed the bell so me and some other passengers could get off when the driver came to the bus stop he stopped before the stop and didn’t let us off until a couple seconds later then some school students didn’t wait and just push passed me and the other passengers getting off and bus driver said it was me and the other passengers fault this was on the 4.12.23 on the 16:31 3 to castelcroft fleet number 2018 the driver doesn’t know how to do his job properly me and the other passengers getting off are not happy at all this is why the Wolverhampton depot needs more school bus routes around Fordhouses
The 25 bus always late from willenhall ment to come at 9.30am didn't come why
Best ever bus garage in national express West Midlands Wolverhampton park lane, I loved the bus bash open day in the black country September 2023, I love buses, I love the old and new buses there I love this bus bash.
Great staff! Excellent customer service. I left my purse on a bus going to work. Within 24hrs, I had the purse back in my hands. Thank you to the National Express staff - their calm and polite manner helped on a very stressful day.
