A busy medium size station with 6 platforms serving several different train companies. Renovated and modernised a few years ago with an open design.nThe new station building features a black and gold aluminium façade, paying homage to the colours of the local football team, Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Clean easy movement from platforms for connecting trains being disabled it was great to have the area bright, clean, and well signed one EXCEPTION the toilets are locked, can't get in even with a radar key because staff have to unlock a second lock, if there hadn't been a toilet on the train there would have been an accident, even my able bodied friends were left in pain holding on in hope that the train had a toilet, very sad. Plus being disabled even getting an earlier train barely gave us time to get up to the office to try to get the second key.
When I went hey Station, very quietnBut people did not typing but the running just jumping going on. It’s not good, but all the time I should have to tap ticket. The travelling is this Good
A lot of connections around the country, however sometimes the Train will switch platforms if it goes from 4 to 5 you will have to run to the other end of the station lol, A bit of an inconvenience but they provide a good service mostly.
Traveled last Friday no problem no problem putting ramp on coach for me to get on nReturned Monday , big problem , asked for the ramp for me to get of the porter abruptly said no we don't put them on coach 'c' sorry I said then how come they did when I Traveled Friday called me a lier , the attitude was shocking he just wanted to get the train on its way I think nShocking service
