Seriously frustrated at the poor level of service when trying to get out of Car Park 2 at Glasgow Airport last night, it took me 45 mins in total to exit the car park after picking up my passenger and paying the £2 fee..I never moved in 20mins..and contacted NCP by phone to ask what was causing the gridlock..only to be to be told in a impolite manner that it was the fault of heavy traffic..an he hung up on me..this also happened during another 2 attempts to ask for a better explanation..it was only when other angry motorists started laying on their horns that things started to move at stop start pace..45 mins later I got to leave..no apologies from staff either..badly run with poor staff telephone manners..they are happy enough to take your money though!!..I dare say there will be more chaos to come..so avoid if you can.
