Have used this airport a few times for both UK and international flights. It was always friendly and easy to use until the terrorist attack in 2007, since when it has become much more security conscious (understandably) but is still easier to use than the London airports. There are not as many outlets, food or non food, but always seems to be enough. Shame you can't view the runway any more.

Have been in and out.of Glasgow airport a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience. Would rate it.as one of the best for courteous staff and ease of movement of passengers in and out. Even the security staff is polite. The shops and restaurants in and out are stocked with what you really need at an airport. Keep up the good work!

Relatively average airport, friendly staff and good variety of shops and cafes. Very quick getting in and out and security is fast to get through too.

A nice quick experience through customs and friendly service from the airline staff.  Even the serious looking gentleman with the assault rifle near the customs area was pleasant when I asked him for directions.  (I give him major points for being nice while caring a deadly weapon.)  The facility was clean and not difficult to navigate.  All in all, I'd love to travel through here on a regular basis.

No problems at all .. didn't mind losing deodorant & cream over 100ml, at end of the day they do a thorough job for all our safety. On plane chilled after minimal queues, the best roll & bacon in me ready for take off. Easy peasy lol. February flight early morning could be factor in such a stress free experience. Watch this space x
