Called in to office, with money in pocket to buy insurance.Told to wait. Reason for waiting: 3 staff started eating lunch at desks 4th staff member chatting to friend at counter, 5th staff member taking new phone calls. Gave up after 10 mins. Bought my insurance on line.

Hi I'm not happy with Nashwarren the people on phone is been useless and unhelpful at all.Icancel my insurance after two weeks time because i promise 7 years no claim discount I provide for 2 years and they make the insurance policy double price up
