Went to celebrate an 18th Birthday with 13 friends. The starters were good but the steak main meals were definitely undercooked. Some ordered well done but they were more in the rare category. The syrup sponge was popular but the size of the sponge was miniscule. The service was excellent but the meals were not as good as our many previous visits. Not been on a Friday night before so if this is the problem when they are  very busy won't be going again.

After a 12 year absence from this casino I visited for the second time to see if the first visit a week previously had just been an unfortunate incident of staff ignorance.
 Sadly this only re-enforced that initial experience & I left after less than 10 minutes having not placed a single bet, only withdrawing £1000 ready to play at the cash desk.
The snotty attitude of both the dealer & inspector at my table of choice made my mind up for me.
End result Gentings 1- Napoleons 0.
In future I shall stick to Leeds or Bradford  Napoleons where the staff treat customers with a little respect & friendliness.

Used to like this Casino, but they have introduced  dealing machines on all card gaming, taking away all the enjoyment of playing the crupier.  How would they feel if I sat down with a foot square box and placed it on the table and put my cards in it and said trust me?

Nice atmosphere amazing staff. Definitely one of the best Napoleon casinos iv been too
