I had to take my toddler in after he had a fall and unfortunately chipped his 2 front teeth. I was so impressed with the measures they have in place for covid, we sanitised our hands on arrival and again before we left. This was his first trip to the dentist and Jen was great with my little boy, he walked into the surgery happy and confident, climbing straight into the chair. Phil checked his teeth and again was great with him and also gave me lots of reassurance as I was panicking. Couldn’t thank them enough, highly recommend this surgery for amazing dental care!

I did not have a very good experience with this practice sadly. The treatment plan took a lot longer than I was originally told, this was.due to cancelled appointments by them, losing impressions and having to have them done again and waiting as long as 4 weeks between appointments unnecessarily. Dr Philip Hewitt has poor communication skills and during my appointment I was not told what to expect before he started treatment nor did he reassure or check to see if I was ok during long intensive drilling. I found the the practice unprofessional and I will not be going there again. On a positive note, I am happy with my new teeth!

We travel from Shropshire to see Phil and the team, as they are great with myself and the children too. After years of avoiding the dentist apart from emergencies it’s great to have found somewhere I feel comfortable enough to go regularly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Always nervous going to the dentist but Lydia made me feel comfortable when I went in, and Phil the dentist is very friendly and welcoming. Really lovely surgery with lovely people!

Absolutely brilliant helped me get dental work done after many years putting it off they really took time to reassure me and go through everything and put a plan in place I'll not go anywhere else and be recommending to my friends and family thank you so so much

Recently had an implant, I was impressed by the way the treatment was carried out and very pleased with the result. Highly recommended .
