Really pleasant experience. Friendly greeting from the reception staff and a warm welcome from the Dentist and Dental Nurse. The dentist Hana was really understanding and patient. Their friendly smiles helped settle my young girls nerves.
I made an appointment to see my dentist Hana, who checked my teeth and identified a problem with one of the wisdom teeth. I was seen by Caitlyn, the dental therapist who did a thorough rebuild of the tooth. Caitlyn and her assistant were very Professional and showed the utmost care and attention to detail. I want to thank the receptionists as well, who work hard to ensure patients like myself are seen to at the earliest opportunity.
Such a nice practice, lovely staff. Very thoughtful & reassuring for me who is always terrified to be there. I wish, I'd gone to a dental practice like this when I as younger and I may not have grown up with a fear of the dentist. Great dental practice, highly recommend.
I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist - unsure where it’s come from as I’m normally fine, I haven’t explained this to my dentist as it’s one of those things. I needed a few fillings and the dentist Caitlin was great with me today. Every time I mentioned a sensitive spot, she’d stop straight away which helped me trust her instantly and resulted in a calm me and her being able to get the job done. Thankyou so much!
This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Dr. Hajir Khaled was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority and she explained very well what was going on . I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me And my family . I definitely highly recommend
Very friendly, efficient practice, both on the phone and at Reception. My Dentist, James Smith, made me feel at ease even though I’d lost my front tooth! I’m scared of dental procedures, but feel like I’m in safe hands!
James and his assistant today are absolutely lovely. Couldn't have asked for nicer people to be looking after me. I had multiple extractions and they made me feel extremely relaxed. Huge thank you!

James is one of the new dentists at the practice. I was particularly impressed with his skilled use of the anaesthetic, I hardly felt it, abd how thorough he was. Also he has a lovely manner and completely put me at ease. A lovely young man with a great personality.
Extracted back tooth. Must have injected in wrong place as pain was horrendous! Shaking so much after treatment could hardly sign form. No concern given of my state only comment 'How bizarre '. No usual mouthwash or suction given during treatment. I suffer with RA so have to deal with pain everyday but not experienced pain like that before. I have had excellent treatment from you in the past and never had my confidence knocked about going to the dentist before.
