Fantastic Dental Practice. Everyone very professional, friendly and welcoming every time I visited. I was very impressed with my recent experience when I needed an emergency treatment. They went above and beyond to help and managed to fit me in really quickly!
MyDentist is an excellent dental practice. The staff are friendly and caring. If you need urgent care they will do everything they can to help. My dentist is not only very good but a lovely man who shows the utmost care in his work. I can highly recommend this practice.
No communication. No notification. Removed from NHS list without explanation. Made a temporary repair pre-covid which has now failed. Vulnerable health issues have meant me delaying contact due to covid. Poor service. Poor customer care.
Reception staff warm, welcoming, and helpful with my disabilities. Dentist skilful and efficient. Altogether, although it may seem odd to describe a visit to the dentist as such, the whole experience is quite pleasurable!

Recently transferred from another My Dentist the care and quality of work cannot be compared. The dentist and hygienist both gave exceptional care. Both introduced themselves and explained exactly what treatment they would be providing at the time and what would be required on a subsequent visit. Would highly recommend. Maybe appointments cannot run strictly to time but that is not the fault of the staff they are unable to predict if a previous patient runs late or needs longer treatment than originally allocated. Please be considerate to the staff they to have feelings.

An absolutely abysmal dentist. I always try for the earliest morning appointment and always end up waiting at least 15 minutes. Last visit was 9.40am. the appointment before me was 9.35am for the same dentist. You can't do anything in 5 minutes! They've also booked me in once for a 9.20am Friday appointment and I was told, on arrival that there was no appointment showing and that my dentist does not work on a Friday. Their SMS notification system does not notify about cancellations nor does their booking system show cancelled appointments; so they look at you as if you've made a mistake. Always keep your appointment slip. They've wasted so much of my time in no more that four visits - there's always a delay for some reason - and I'm only one patient with low frequency visits. They seriously need to take a good look at their booking processes and Systems. I'd award zero star rating but it won't let me.
Good dental practice but hygienist costs are extortionate - how can this be justified? Years ago the dentist used to perform this activity integrated within the NHS cost. £10 or even £20 for hygienist costs are barely acceptable but £45 for cleaning teeth isn’t fair
