The staff are great, the dentists do a great job and they do make you feel at ease, the premises are clean and tidy. The drop in score is simply due to them being so short staffed. My daughter and I have had our 1st routine appointments since covid cancelled twice due to no dentist, and have both had to be seen as emergencies in the last year. I just hope they are able to secure more dentists soon as routine checks are essential.
While staff members are very friendly and I have had excellent care in the past, recently I have had appointments cancelled and was unable to see a dentist when I was suffering great pain. I am no longer ascribed to a dentist and the practice is having problems recruiting new dentists. This is very disappointing as it was a thriving practice until now.
Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They do as much as they can to make you feel comfortable and deliver great service with professional results.

Barbara the dentist who treated me is very professional, understanding and she listened to me and answered any questions I had. I have no hesitation in recommending Barbara.

Very happy, Ed made me feel comfortable as I'm a very nervous dental patient, receptionist very friendly and they can both sing well, unfortunately having to wait until August before I get another appointment but not Nanodents fault, the dental hygienist also made me feel at ease with her humour
When you eventually are able to book an appointment at this practice ask them to be very clear about what will be covered at the appointment. Eventually I got an appointment after trying for 3 years covid and staffing issues. I made it clear I needed a check up and I also had a broken tooth suggesting it would need a temp filling. Turned up for my appointment and they only gave me a temp filling in the broken tooth. No check up, still after 3 years ! I was told I would need to make another appointment for the check up and a proper assessment on the broken tooth ! The next available appointment 11 weeks later !!! Why o why they couldn’t do the check up at the same time I will never know ! I wasn’t in the chair 5 minutes, charged £15 and need to wait another 11 weeks and who knows how much longer for further treatment that is inevitable on a broken tooth ! However, on a positive note, the staff were very friendly and polite and the dental practice modern, clean and welcoming. 2 stars for this aspect otherwise it would be 1 !
