had to contact the dental emergency service. I got an appointment at the glenwood dental center, from the minute I walked in I was made to feel comfortable wasn't judged the dentist and the dental nurse were amazing they made me feel at ease. amazing help and advice and took my wisdom tooth out no more pain.
Had an emergency appointment at this dental clinic. Excellent service from beginning to end. Reception staff welcoming, dental nurse and dentist very professional and took time to listen. The dentist was gentle and he had a great sense of humour. Manner reassuring and instilled confidence as I can be an anxious patient. Covid restrictions adhered to from all professionals and I couldn’t fault the experience. Thank you
I have a lovely dentist at Glenwood Dental Centre. She looked after me along with her assistant. when i told them that i have trypanophobia due to past experiences with other dentists. She made sure that i couldn’t feel a thing and was as gentle as she could be when taking extracting my tooth. They were both helpful when giving me information about before and after the the tooth being extracted. I couldn’t fault them. Both are absolute gems at this dentist centre.
I have never write review before noticed it when I got directions on my phone so I thought I'd try it.i have just been to the dentist and they were amazing from start to finish receptionist was polite and friendly the dentist was amazing explained everything to me.and was very polite and helpful the nurse also was polite and nice. Normally I get so uncomfortable in places I really hate it but I have to say thank u so much
I don’t know how this place is hiring “dentists” but twist been there without receiving help ! First time with huge pain in my jaw - since I’m pregnant I was told to deal with it since I have pregnancy sore gums !!! To find out 2 months after living in pain in same place that apparently my tooth needs to be removed !!! Surprising tooth is not in condition to go anywhere - as after speaking with proper DENTIST my tooth is not near to be removers and I also have severe gum infection missed by this people twice !!!! This place should be shut town !!
My partner,a pensioner,has been in agony for months with a tooth infection,due to the fact she has an aversion to needles. Her own dentist can't access anyone to get her a sedative to put her to sleep,hence being in pain for months.Called 111 and was sent to Glenwood,she was asked not to eat anything etc before she went and she thought this was finally it to get the tooth out!!,nope,sent away with tablets??? My partner for the last few months hasn't slept,has been in so much pain she lies for hours clasping her head in both hands!!!hence why i called 111complete and utter waste of time,if only we'd had a wad of cash to slap on the reception desk. Just a follow up,as tooth infections can spread to other parts of the body,this same evening after coming home she has chest pains and has been sick all over the house.Care???
Phoned 111 got an emergency appointment at this place as ive had severe toothache and swollen face, was told they are to busy to operate, was given a prescription for ibuprofen. Complete and utter waste of time!
Brilliant staff and service at Glenwood.. wish my own dentist was the same!!
Went as a emergency appointment and in this world of doom and gloom can I say the staff were brilliant and so helpful,working a Saturday can’t be easy but the girls were all smiling thanks for the help
Thank you Stephanie Duthie and Nurse Laura for taking care of me. I feel better already.
