My son had his first appointment today at the Auchtermuchty practice and we are very pleased. Lovely staff, friendly and our Dentist Vicky was brilliant. Very thorough and clear. We feel satisfied and thankful we have found this practice!
My first visit to Infinityblu at Auchtermuchty, First impressions were I thought the staff friendly efficient and caring and the surgery bright and cheerful. Like most people I’m never keen visiting a dentist but my dentist Sebastian and dental nurse Yolanda made me feel totally at ease and I felt they cared…which is so important. Just excellent.
Absolutely brilliant! I am terrified of going to the dentist, but this surgery mentioned on their website about understanding how nervous some people can be, and I wasn't disappointed. All the staff were extremely nice, helped calm me down and didn't do anything without checking it was OK and letting me know what was going on. I have further work needed and I am no longer shaking in terror at the thought as I know they will look after me really well.
Excellent experience at the new Auchtermuchty Infinityblu practice. From my initial appointment through to completion of treatment I could not have asked for more caring and professional experience. Dentist Vicky Thompson and Nurse Yolanda went out of their way to allay my anxiety, communicating clearly hroughout treatment and ensuring any discomfort was minimal. An exceptional service.
First visit by my wife and I since this new practice opened. Everyone from Vicky the dentist to all the support staff couldn't be more helpful and made us feel at ease. We both got a thorough examination and follow up appointments made. Well done.
I cannot fault the receptionist and dental nurses. The dentist was very thorough and obviously knew exactly what he was doing, thankfully as it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to get my kids to a dentist. I was left feeling ashamed and embarrassed when he asked why I could not afford to pay for fillings for my my daughter, however he did apologise and say he was not used to having to ask such questions!! I work hard and Auchtermuchty is not the sticks!!
The standard of treatment and care I've always received, really could not be better. Truly professional, and where the friendly atmosphere, calm and sense of reassurance is from the moment of entering the surgery, through to leaving.
Warmly welcomed by very polite, friendly staff. Made to feel totally at ease by Dentist, who explained everything before doing check up.
Very friendly, Dentist Tracy puts you at ease and is most informative. Glad to have a dentist again after 3 years.
